Friend wife went to India in summer and went for h4 stamping. Maa vodiki DUI undi 2015 la..  spent 10k to lawyers and cleared it and changed from DUI to reckless driving. multiple extensions approved and job changed and also visa stamping done in 2022. But ippudu H4 stamping 221G ichi primary candidate ni all courts documents teesukoni rammannaru. Veedu July la poindu.. admin processing indefinite. No update from consulate . Lucky ga veedi employer India nundi work cheyataniki allowing but that won’t fly long

On H1b/ visa dependent aythe, their first priority is to get that visa situation sorted. They don’t have luxury to plan other things. Only once GC their actual life beings ani @DallasKarreballu briefing.
