Most men started to look similar after certain age most of our Telugu people. Are looking dark and having potta is it due to. Our diet habits

More than diet its our genetics. Diet will help you to an extent but it is not everything. Ade east asians anuko 45 ki koda very young laga untaru. On an average telugu male can very very diet conscious but will age much much faster than an average [not very diet conscious but ala ani daily junk food batch kadu]  japanese.

Most Indian males especially south Indians, appear dark, dark scales on forehead and patches on faces etc is because of the food habits. More carb and fiber diet will lead to insulin resistance around 40 years...kondariki face mida patches, under arms, legs mida spots etc  are all due to diet.

Most Indians are like that.

If you concentrate on fitness and diet you will look better.

Also our people don't use sunscreen etc..

Whites look even worse if they don't take care of skin ,they get wrinkles by 30.

Start going to a gym or night clubs/dating clubs sometimes, your opinion will change.
