Please help if you have any recent visit

Depends on place you visit, most cruises needs US passport or GC… some ships won’t go to any other country and cruise over US.. they are safe

We need a valid visa to re-enter the country. We cannot travel on the cruise with just the I-797 form.

AVR on H1b is applicable only for Mexico and Canada.. not Bahamas and Caribbean countries.. F and J visas ki adjacent islands kuda option undi

some ppl were able to travel on i797 without issues if the CBP officers are ignorant and they don’t really know which cruise you are getting down.. from Mexico or from Bahamas or from Caribbean …  also cruise ki immigration check konchem easy ga untadi

Attorneys are advising to not travel outside even if you have a valid visa stamping.. ninna rahul reddy video choodu… ee political environment lo stay put antunnaru
