Income tax deduction means you will forgo nearly 35% average. Because u already decided to move to Bangalore, what else can be better than purchasing an individual villa less than 1 hour journey from Office? Coming to the negatives, the work ethis suck, difficult to work with desis in India. investements? Just keep investing in flats in emerging places like Vizag or outskirts of Hyd. Do not go for Amaravathi investments, its a hoax and people lost everything Quote
