No need to reveal full details, but please can you shed more on that 60%? Will it come to 1.5-2.0 Crore INR? Income tax deduction means you will forgo nearly 35% average.

Because u already decided to move to Bangalore, what else can be better than purchasing an individual villa less than 1 hour journey from Office?

Coming to the negatives, the work ethis suck, difficult to work with desis in India.

investements? Just keep investing in flats in emerging places like Vizag or outskirts of Hyd.

Do not go for Amaravathi investments, its a hoax and people lost everything

Agree with most of it.  Mostly indians every where even is US IT dept’s so no different I presume. But i have other plans. May quit in another 5 years everything works out.
