Outside food and drinks - both are disastrous.. we are in the middle of an diabetes epidemic in India…  chala mandi cook cheskodam ledu.. they just order food 

Swiggy and Zomato really ruined public health..  govt is encouraging ppl to drink more for their revenue

See our traditional food was never disease prone and infact it helps health 

Even hotel food ayina max veggies and mirchi n turmeric n curd common 

Am talking about food culture degrading ee mandis n biriyani will end up disaster

Biryani is fine if oil is not used much. Much healthier than eating rice. You parboil basmati rice so most of the high GI content is gone. Indians are short of protein anyway. Eating side cucumber/carrot salad on the side will be perfect with it.

do u know what chicken they use or oil

inka food colors

not sure how it is healthier
