Companies will pay if they restrict the H1B visas, when the H1Bs are used for their intended use. They can bring in the talented PhDs if the companies need them.

With AI, the need of the hour is some breakthrough in energy, especially from nuclear fission and quantum computing from nano technology. It’s no more software. These 2 spaces are already capital intensive and they don’t mind throwing a couple of 100 mils for qualifying scientists.
