Mexico probably has free trade agreements with more countries than India has.

Here's Google summary of Free trade agreements Mexico has with other countries:

Mexico has extensive free trade networks, notably the USMCA (US, Canada) and the CPTPP, covering North & Asia-Pacific, plus agreements with the EU, EFTA (Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein), and Latin American partners like Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama, offering broad market access.

Major Agreements
USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement): Replaced NAFTA, modernizing trade rules for North America.

CPTPP (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership): Links Mexico with Asia-Pacific nations like Japan and others.

EU-Mexico FTA: Covers the European Union bloc.
EFTA (European Free Trade Association): Includes Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.

Latin America & Pacific
Pacific Alliance: A bloc including Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Mexico.
Central America: Agreements with Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

South America: Agreements with Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Chile.
Other Key Partners

Japan: A significant bilateral FTA.

Israel: An important trade pact.

In summary, Mexico's strategy involves deep integration with North America (USMCA), broader Asia-Pacific (CPTPP), strong ties with Europe (EU, EFTA), and extensive connections across Latin America, making it a globally connected trading nation.
