Mee advice kavali He can go for it. I would suggest to ask the home builder for a discount rather than buy down and also go for 3 year Arm loan as interest rates are expected to fall. Worst case scenario if rates shoot up, due to his salary, he would have paid off quite a bit to have big impact. Quote
