Konebhar6 Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago The discrimination that desis show to each other is worse than this. There are a lot of parents who control their kids and tell them who to play with and who not to based on a lot of factors. These are the opportunities to help them deal with situations like this. That’s good parenting. Also go and talk to the school principle as it’s not tolerated. Quote

Dangerous situation eppudu aithundi antey - danini society "normalize" cheyyatem. Adi okay annattu udaaseenam ga undatam. India lo colorism baaga ekkuva - okkappudu matrimonials lo "color" requirement baaga specific ga raasey vaaru - maaku kaavalsina ammai leda abbai "fair" ga undali ani. Mahesh babu cinemallo "Nee color enti, naa color enti" aney dialogues - they in one sense represent that undercurrent of normalizing "colorism" in India. Antey nee guna ganaalatho sambandham lekunda - nee skin color batti - you will automatically accrue "pretty privilege". Parents essentially must teach their kids not to indulge in this behavior or if their kids face discrimination - not to remain silent. Quote
