Why can't they tackle Pollution problem in the National Capital?

Happens between OCT to Dec because of farmers burning their fields. You can’t do anything about it as it is a very effective way to keep the soil nutrient rich. The alternative is to use equipment to clear but you won’t get the same growth. Chemicals are an option but that will degrade the soil like the US.

idem theory, it's exactly the opposite. They do it for cost reason not nutrients.
