future lo visa renewal ki, passport renewal ki even parents ki kuda issue avvochhu.. 

if 1 lakh is high, fight it in the court and say that your income is too low to support it.. ippudu rules tight unnayi.. even US administration is looking for reasons to deport people who are here legally..

They cannot catch you even when you visit India if they do not have jurisdiction. US citizen avute no daddy listening.

Why do courts think NRI can pay higher interim maintenance for a wife who submits false affadivat of unemployment and the family court passing the order.  Judges in family court are supporting false affidavit of wife and supporting judgement in favor of women.

His Wife tortured friend filing false dowry, maintenance case how can he feel comfortable paying her even if he has money.

Lawyer already filed the petition husband income is low and can't pay higher maintenance. 

Judge ignored lawyer petition and passed order accepting wife claim of 1 lakh without verifying the husband salary.

Doesn’t matter.. you are mixing up emotion with law here 

you have to show your income and how much you can afford to pay..  as per law, women are entitled to continue their living standards.. or else you have to prove that she is earning good and do not need maintenance..
