Do husband has a right to say in the court how much he can pay ? If the husband has assets in India and a NRI wife can claim for big amount in maintenance

how do the lawyer argue before the judge . Judges treat NRI as higher income and give a big amount for maiintenance. It is bad for husband who makes good salaries and life time wife chepinatuu vinali
