Earlier, I thought gated community apartments weren’t ideal. But over time, I’ve come to believe they’re one of the best living options for families with young kids.

In individual houses, I often see children with limited after-school interaction mostly indoors, on TV, games, or phones unless parents put in significant effort to organize activities. In contrast, gated communities naturally encourage kids to step out, play together, and form friendships on their own.

That built-in social environment shared spaces, safety, and families at similar life stages plays a huge role in a child’s social development.

My advice to young families: if possible, live in a gated community. Buying is great, but renting is perfectly fine too. The environment matters more than ownership.

Agree. Environment is better in Apartments compared to villas.

But renting is better for financial health.

I see people who rented in high rise and bought land came out ahead.
