IMO, Moving to India works only for a section of people

and Civic sense improve avte anni improve avtay

Ramp up in Infra without civic sense won't help much

There is a tremendous upside for bad civic sense as well.

Once civic sense improves, people will think India went from bad to worse.

Bad civic sense usually lead to cheaper domestic help, rents and healthcare services.

if you have some money ... nothing is as amazing as India (other than crime, AQI, and other stuff).

Because people don't have civic sense, you can give some money and get most of work done. You can get medicine without prescription (in case of emergency), you can get medical facility / doc access with all tests one shot.

the whole reason why rich is richer and poor is poorer is enabling the whole concept of affordable maids, drivers, etc.

if there is universal social security, india labor will be like us labor

What you’re really saying is that the lifestyle in India will feel comfortable because you have much more than the people around you. As soon as they start earning a decent living, that advantage disappears. The cheap help goes away, you end up doing the routine work yourself, and that “king-like” feeling will no longer exist. So the idea of going back early isn’t about loving India—it’s about benefiting from low-cost labor before that gap closes.

Its about the reality.

People who are expecting better civic sense arent expecting out of love. They want better environment for themselves.

Also, everyone earning decent living?

Poor in India have a much better life compared to poor in United States.

Lets say you lost your job in US, is it easy to take a step back and build yourself up? You are always 1 health scare away from BK.

Can a poor person start selling idlis in US?

You can rent for 5000 Rs as well as 5 lakhs in Hyderabad in a decent area....not crime ridden zones with gunshots.

Many people have a separate room with kitchen for watchman, driver or domestic help. They dont even have to get a car at 20% interest and drive to work location.  There are so many nuances that people miss.

People have incorrect idea about the world and then they add their bias.

This is what happens when an argument disturbs your core belief. Your brain gets triggered and shuts down in self defense. Growth comes when you forcibly open it up back again.

If you dont want to grow, you are just wasting your time in forums.

There are 2 things

1. We are not completely sure about their conditions.

2. It isn't a democracy. So even if they are doing good, those conditions won't apply to countries with democracy.

Good civic sense in democracy comes with rules.

Rules have negative effects as well.
