Its actually 100% exercise.

Once you start exercising , your diet automatically changes.

Genetics also play a very big role. Have seen multiple cases where lifelong clean eaters have bad health numbers like cholesterol/sugar compared to junk eaters. 
Ala ani you cannot leave everything to genetics. Clean Diet and Exercise are major things to be taken care.

True. But I have also seen so many clean eaters that dont exercise and expect good results. Physical activity matters the most.

Dump gaade best example. Motham junk food daily min 10 diet cokes no min exercise still bathukunnadu. Gym la poyi sachinollu vunnaru it's all about genes and some what food anthe ee exercise lu anni physical fitness is fine vunna rogalani bochu bee aaplev like cancer and Heart desease vunte yenni peekina manam peekudu guarantee

Walk at least 1 mile a day. Just food won’t work.

Exercise is very very important.. ala ani ishtam ochinatlu thinte cholesterol/ bp / diabetic numbers em fix aipovu

a friend of mine used to jog 4-days a week and did marathon .. but still his bp and cholesterol numbers were high .. becos his food habits are bad .. dosa thinna full oil .. Bayata fried chicken .. biryanis etc

He eats bad food when he is outside.

He is with lot of energy and and being an energetic person, he spends it throughout the day.

Not saying genes don't have impact.....but those genes as well are result of his ancestors working hard physically.
