A cup of milk = 120–150 calories
Burning it = 15–20 min on the treadmill or bike
Eating smarter is easier than burning it off.
That’s why they say Abs are made in the kitchen.

Thing is very few will do that.

Exercise automatically reduces cravings for carbs and sugars.

I don't agree with @krishnaaa bro here.

You eat 2500 calories from carbs everyday. No matter whatever excercise you do. You will gain weight.

Sleep>Diet>Exercise.

Point is when you exercise, you wont eat 2500 cal from carbs.

You will take more protein which will make you feel full.
