No guarantee bro. Easy Carbs are drugs.

One of the most difficult thing to control is cravings. 

Everything balanced is correct. According to my research sleep>diet>excercise.

Everyday 1 hr walk is enough. You are not the strongest person but you will have stamina and can live long.

That drug effect is from the mental state.

Your mental state dramatically changes with exercise.

And yes sleep is important too.
