Health is not 80% diet and 20% exercise.

Ade point....thy use to take so much carbs but so little sugars. Sweets and paayasam type sugar intake was only during festival time...rest of the time very little sugars.

this post seem to suggest that doing exercise and then having beer and biryani will not anything to the body....such a misleading information. Neekardham cheskodam raadantaaru...inkela ardham cheskovali. what does 100% exercise mean? diet doesn't matter anega health ki.

They had no luxuries, did agriculture, walk some km's to get water, simple life without much modern-day stress, no rat race, Ignore oily or junk food, did not even have much food to eat - They needed carbs for those. 

We have luxuries now, cars and bikes, ACs at home and office - Eat junk, sugar and no exercise. Even if you do exercise, it's not enough, you need to control diet ... 

We cannot compare the lifestyles at all ..

Just saying that if you exercise, you will automatically cut down on beer and biryani.

I have explained it multiple times....but people tend to continue with their own bias
