Buy when there is crisis.

Office space for example had 30% reductions in price until recently due to work from home.

People who bought during that time got a good bump with RTO and GCC growth.

South Hyd land prices were also very cheap....there were plots near 100 feet road in Maheshwaram for 10k per sq yard.
