Right now canada is restricting, so how are they doing it? All west used to be very restrictive couple of decades back, so why not go there? Illegal immigration you saw they can restrict if they have the will. Legal immigration inthaka mundu only good colleges and without backlogs teeskunevallu. legal merit based immigration up to some levels is ok, but it shouldn't be so drastic that it changes demographics

Addressing affordability issues will help in improving the fertility rates.

There are many factors, roe vs wade is one of them.

When Affordability goes up, most likely median age of marriage goes up and then fertility rates go down
