I’ve seen some hotel owners say their real struggle isn’t H1Bs but finding people willing to stick with the tough schedules and pay. In places with steady guest flow, things stabilize faster. I noticed this on a trip to hotel khao yai, where staffing felt smooth because they plan early and train well. Maybe the discussion should look at wages, turnover, and local hiring pipelines before pointing to visas as the main issue.
