So true. There are a couple opinions I hold.

India (in fact true to Asia outside Japan and some parts of Korea): Cannot take decisions. No independence. Need to dictate every step and they just follow. Slave mentality and no decision making guts. Efficiency is also low. Cannot own work; more blame game.
