Department should be alarmed if it reaches 1000. 

Imagine what happened during the Maha Kumbh Mela. On the name of purification of sole by dipping in Ganga almost all of them who took a dip then could have come in contact with human poop. This is what blind faith does to you.

It shouldnt be called "Maha Kumbh Mela" it should be called "Maha Mala Mootra Mela"
