Don't ignore it.

Give them a supplement Vit D3+K2 (Don't give gummies)...preferrably chewable tablets.

We did it and the grinding stopped immediately from next night.

Suggested to another family and same result.

Snoring also considerably reduced with Vit D and Cod Liver Oil(Don't do both on same day as cod liver oil also has vit d).

Also get cod liver for kids. codliver oil for adults has lot of vit d.

Don't ignore Vit D deficiencies especially in winter.

test lo D level low vochinda? Also snoring and D ki relation vunda? Nenu gurru kodta but this option try cheyyale

Test avasaram ledhu....based on lifestyle easy to tell.

My kid has enlarged adenoids/tonsils which is the reason for snoring.

"Research indicates a significant link between vitamin D deficiency and enlarged adenoids/tonsils (adenotonsillar hypertrophy) in children, with lower vitamin D levels commonly found in those suffering from chronic throat infections and obstructive sleep apnea. Low vitamin D may weaken immune defense, potentially causing immune tissue to swell, while supplementation might assist in reducing infections and improving symptoms. "

Went to top doctors ..... noone told this. Doctors are fking idiots.

ok understood

yes docs go by book

they don’t go beyond the boundaries as they are not getting paid for extra work

think like typical plumber, they fix the leak and leave. They don’t care if ac is not working efficiently even if they know
