Give Cod Liver Oil to your kids

Recommended Posts

Posted

"Cod liver oil benefits kids by providing essential Omega-3s (DHA/EPA) for brain/eye development, plus Vitamins A and D for immunity, strong bones (preventing rickets), and healthy vision, while also reducing inflammation, potentially easing asthma/eczema, and supporting mental health and concentration. It's a traditional supplement for growth and development, helping kids' bodies and minds thrive, especially when their diet needs a boost.

Key Benefits for Kids:

Reduced Inflammation: Omega-3s help lower inflammation, which can benefit skin conditions like eczema and respiratory issues like asthma.

Overall Growth: It supports general growth and development, acting as a nutrient-dense supplement when diets are lacking.

Brain & Vision: DHA supports central nervous system, brain, and visual development, potentially improving focus and behavior in conditions like ADHD.

Bone Health: Vitamin D promotes calcium absorption for strong bones and teeth, preventing rickets.

Immune Support:

Vitamins A and D strengthen the immune system, helping kids fight off infections and respiratory illnesses

.

Important Considerations:

Quality Matters: Choose high-quality, tested products for purity and potency.

Dosage: Always follow recommended dosages for children.

Consult a Professional: Talk to a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement for your child.

This is the main rule that should be followed before taking any supplement. if you are not happy with one doctor go to another doctor, but dont self medicate when it comes to supplement.

Even that doctor would be an idiot. Most doctors especially in US dont give good advice based on the fear of lawsuits. It also avoids medication which is bad for their business.

Anything on chatgpt comes with a disclaimer to avoid lawsuits.

Its not a new supplement. It was given since 1950s. Study the findings.

Some people are greater idiots. They need the help from lesser idiots in every silly thing. Thats understandable.

But if you are a person with common sense and can read, you are good. Just make sure you give less than recommended dosage on the bottle to be on safe side. Cod liver oil is a supplement and comes from real food. Its not medication.

Lot of people are unnecessarily suffering due to doctors and insurance.

This is why I am investing on HIMS which is breaking this stigma.

I went to dental doctor and he suggested a filling for one of my teeth. It was very small. I did oil pulling with coconut oil and it went away. It didnt come up on xray either. He was surprised.
