We can see overbuilding everywhere in Hyd. Double the number of permissions are given out in 2025 for high rises.

Over supply eppati nundo vundi anna. Particularly West hyderabad is crap. Also, permissions lekunda kuda chaala kadutunnaru. Malli LRS/BRS antunnaru. Chillar gaallu ee law techinollu, malli amendments cheyakunda koorchunna latter govts.
