approve aithe ne join avuthav kada bro what is the risk ??? unless your priority date is near to current which there is a possibility dates might move this october ( the whole new process of perm and 140 takes 2 years minumum from start to end in your new company)

congrats on your offer , we are assuming your new company is decent and full time dont see any risks in terms of h1b

do you think you’ll be laid off or put under PIP?? If not, ride the current job for a year  until this settles down and then switch. Don’t risk going for contracting in this market

How does your dependency look like ? If you strongly feel the contract keeps extending for at least once, before your get absorbed full time, go for it. If not, you already know what to do.

2019. Na priority date ipudapude ledu. Perm i140 enduku cheyadam. I will do it after 4 years with next employer.
