You need to spend two out of three years to continue being a PR. Canada lo last 1 year undi velli inko one year aagipoyi kooda you can keep your status. Easiest to get your employer to move to Canada but it's expensive. Flip side, nee spouse unte work permit vasthadhi.

Weaker dollar, 1USD = 1.35 CAD, salaries are usually about 60-80%. Slightly higher taxes, higher grocery prices and gas prices and utility bills. Canada will eat into your savings. Canada is socialist ,(I call it communist, but that politics will leave aside)

You can save the rent part if you work remote and move to smaller place.

Then u can stay in Windsor and cross the tunnel or bridge to Detroit for work at GM- and get canadian citizenship. Lot of H1bs do that- u need to get Nexus card.
