Of course, they are to blame for low rates. But more than that, curse people who did 2-3 jobs and were ready to work for any pay rates. They are offering people (ready for any pay rate) to companies who would prefer them to offshore for same rates or a little more.

Of course. They have people ready to work for low rates. Why would anyone be ready to do that remotely job unless it’s their 2nd or 3rd job.
