Hello DB members , my PD is june 2016 . Is it a good idea to convert to FTE ?  

Any chance priority date will be current in next 2 years ?

No one knows anna. Devdu ( DOS) varam ichina Poojari ( USCIS) ivvali kadha concept idhi. It's all depend on processing time covid ante no interview now you have to go to the interview for every application

2027 FY kastam man .. Move on if good opportunity ... New company process start chesaka plan for atleast 3 years from start of Prevailing wage to Perm approval assuming no audit. current employer consultancy itey backup option kinda pettuko

Emo bro some 75 countries vi vastayi angunaru but 2016 jun will be very aggresive if in new company they can file perm and 140 fast you shkuld get in two years

Realistic timeline to get i-140:

Pwd: 10 months - 1 year

hiring period : 3 months

Perm- 500 days now. It might go up due to volume. 2 years on an avg

140- 2 weeks

 

overall 3.5 years on aggressive mode. Is your new employer starting the process on day 1, most FT employers dont do…

2014 & especially 2015 lo heavy backlog undi .. so go for it .. take FTE

02/2015 here. Losing many ft offers and sticking to employer on gc hope. If mine is 2016, i would take FT
