Get clarity on when they will file perm and get it in written confirmation.. ippudu chala companies file cheyyadam manesaayi.. even if they file, they are getting flooded with lot of applications too, making it impossible for them to filter them and conduct interviews..

this happened to my cousin and the company said they cannot proceed.. he has to find a new employer before his current h1 expires.. 

this is a tough time.. if possible, stay put until the midterm elections..
