I meant a unit electric battery unit ani 200 frshers ni hired andulo 100 lepadu anta within 9 minths

India lo mass hiring and mass layoffs are very common.. seen it first hand.. unless it is a big name, they are not even reported in the news.. ppl just move on and find another job..

yaa telisina ataniki kuda forced resignation laga chesaru ante you can resign with some benefits else fire type lo and those will not be reported as layoff
