In 5 years, most skilled tech guys from India will NOT want to migrate to other countries or USA

The way India is developing in Electronics and Software field, with good pay and close to home with family and relatives, it is better to stay.

Although big problem is CORRUPTION/TRAFFIC/CONGESTION/NO CIVIC SENSE/HEAVY COMPETITION/PRIVACY, will play a big role in migrating to other countries.

Nope ,the thing is india still has no scope for research.

If you are good you don't have to migrate even now ,many of my acquaintances with 7-8 years plus exp in top companies are earning close to 1cr or more base  which is like 100k+ 

But at the end of the day it's still a labor job with little to less scope of creativity other than finding solutions on the internet.

India is lagging behind in any new field.

If you want just software jobs then india is the best after u.s but still people migrate to Europe or Australia because of garbage environment and living conditions similar to war torn countries .

People who say otherwise dont get it..

When I graduated, there were no opportunities in India.....now the jobs are paying well.

R&D and other infra will catch up. People who still have old India in their mind will keep complaining.
