Don't merge andhra with rayalaseema ,rayalaseema don't have this problem of caste based division to the extent of coastal Andhra ,it's only mostly present in mid-coastal districts of krishna guntur godavari in andhra.

Compare number of caste based riot in rayalaseema region to coastal Andhra it's not even close ,infact I have not even seen a single caste based riot in rayalaseema from last 40 years .

Caste groupings are almost nill in rayalaseema ,they are mostly dependant on families than caste.

Also reddy is not a Hindu Varna caste it's a telugu community ,even if you convert reddy will be a reddy you can't change blood and history.
