Rich people problems!! 
If all his income is white, why does he want to pay in cash to buy a house? Black money rotation baaga thaggindi as they made bank payments mandatory.. 

Income tax pay chestunnamu ani sales tax, property tax, petrol tax pay cheyyanu ante elaa.. these taxes go to different govts.. compared to other countries, property tax is very very low in India..

That's the only thing very low. Rest all is crap shoot in terms of taxation.

Double taxation is very normal.. you are taxed on your income and you are taxed on your purchases.. it is there everywhere.. at least in India, the taxes on the assets you own is very less… income tax in India is capped at 30%.. 

there are no annual car registration renewal, high annual property taxes.. some states in U.S. even charge you annually for owning a car depending on the car value.. 

India’s tax revenue is very less for its population..

More and more people are being added every year to the tax base… cash circulation thaggi, everything white and online transactions chesthe, lot more ppl will be forced to pay taxes.. 

the guy in the video is a stock broker, not an industrialist or a businessman… he understands the risks he is taking when investing in the stock market.. it is stupid to complain about taxes on stock brokerage.. if a businessman or an industrialist complains about taxes and regulations, I sympathize with him.. not stock brokers..
