Look at things in the perspective of buying a stock.

Lets say Hyderabad is a stock , don't you think the stock value will increase based on HSR?

HSR adds value, and there is no doubt about it, but my point is that we are way too late to the party. 

Hyd-Bangalore corridor. Consider the following points.

1. It is now being expanded to 3 lanes, expected to be completed in 2 years. 

2. By-pass roads at every human settlement

3. Present speed 120, with improved road conditions and safety, speed may go up to 140-150 in the next 10 years

4. Cruise control, FSD, automated cars, mass people movers like electric buses, etc., as an option for road transport and Hyd-BLR airport, with a flight every 30 mins.

My idea, it may not be worth investing now for the next 20 years travel. It it was already in construction now then it would have made a difference, created an ecosystem.

Bullet Train, Totally new track, elevated and controlled. It completely runs on newly built track. Expected max speed about 350 kmph and average speeds at 220-250kmph.
