Renting itself not illegal, but doing activities to keep that rental property is illegal and comes under unauthorized employment. Giving it to a property management company or doing all rental activities under a H4EAD is the best bet. Listing it urself, going to the property and performing inspections, repairs and collecting rents...all come under activities of managing the rental property.

This has been there since long time....noone bothered but its now becoming an issue. Look into this eedeo. IGNORE the thumbnail.

How taking rental check everymonth comes under activify??
