Ya but after this happened, i got extension in 11/23 and transfers in 04/25 and 10/25. Also stamping in 09/22. Even 140 approved through that employer in 23.

my concern is was it not checked during any of these times? Atleast i can continue on h1b for sometime. I know GC is not option anymore

Guys, a big relief

I contacted my attorney who filed at that time and he just responded back.

1. He filed LCA with my address 1 and in last page added address 2 as additional location. This last page was missing in h1bgrader.com site. When i dont see TX address, i started panicking

2. Also in I-129, Both addresses were mentioned so i am clean

 

He additionally shared filing documents as proof. He made my day literally 🙏
