Konebhar6 Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago You need to get your confidence back. Thats the key. Working remotely has screwed people in different ways that we don’t understand. Cut off toxic people from life and go out with people that you like. Start with small conversations. Enjoy a game (Super Bowl coming up). Go to a pub or a bar and interact with people. It’s actually fun. No one remembers anything next day. You can be stupid and. Or worry about it. If not go bowling, do something out of your routine or comfort zone. Having conversations with people and connecting with people gets your confidence back. Make a notes of all your past achievements. School and college and at work. Appreciations you got, etc. If you can do it before, you can do it again. Go to a gym or running or even walk (whatever works for you). Focus on your physical appearance for yourself not others. Eat good food and cut off junk food. May be do some light shopping and buy a nice shirt or pants. Do whatever makes you happy. This is the only way to get back your confidence. Quote

Add to that: 7-year relationship ended very badly. Got betrayed. Lost reputation. Lost trust in people. Now I get anxiety about going back to office, meeting new folks, and dealing with different opinions, politics, and occasional racism. My brain assumes everyone is judging me. Maybe it’s trauma. Maybe it’s burnout. Maybe it’s just life. I’m trying not to become bitter or stuck. If you’ve been through job loss, immigration stress, breakups, and public embarrassment — how did you reset? How did you rebuild confidence and stop overthinking? Looking for real advice. No motivational posters. Manaki choice undadhu anna, Move on. Daily walks and gym ki po konni rojulu. People underestimate how much gym or small walks help relieve stress and depression. Dont worry about what other thinks or public embarrassments, no one has time to remember or gives a sheet . Write things down like what you need, what to do to get it done, your brain will accustom... (Ala ani Dimple Hayathi kavali ani rayaku, She is mine) Quote

Very bad at judging or guessing people throughout my journey i was with almost many snakes and there were few good people can’t blame them but most of the people are so poisonous Quote

You may not see your toxic traits, but you need to know. Ask a close friend who can be candid. May be ask those who don’t like you. Quote
