From Day-1 of Animal Fat , I have been claiming and perhaps I am the only one in this DB claiming that there is no animal fat and it's a clear error in reading the report. 

One and half year later, the probe team also found the same. The same samples tested which had traces of animal fat, now tested again and the traces are missing.

Incident 1 : 

After Kutami came to power, 4 tankers were rejected citing ghee quality. Mean's this ghee was not used. This is in June 2024.

Coincidence ga NDDB chairman visited Tirumala around the same time, so Shyamal Rao took this opportunity and requested for the samples to be tested. NDDB Chairman asked the samples to be sent to their lab, which were sent to the lab and the lab report that we saw and became the base of such allegation is the same one.

Observation: The samples were not collected by the NDDB, So no assurance that the samples collected were under the standard conditions or not and sample handling is also in question. 

Sample collection : Its a big thing. There is not evidence to link sample to the rejected tankers and NDDB vallu kuda ide chepinaru. we only tested the sample ae thappa sample authenticity mida assurance ivaleu as we did not handle the sample collection.

Sample is not linked to the rejected tankers.....Ie okka claim chalu, case sagam weak ayipodaniki.

SIT claimed the same thing...Now samples were retrieved from rejected ghee containers and handled by CBI, got them tested at NDRI and the result is not the same.

SIT clear ga 'Sealed Samples' ani mention kuda chesinaru....Ante they collected the samples, sealed and sent the samples to NDRI to test and this test happened under their supervision.

Asalu  NDDB enduku scene loki vachindi ? TTD have their own test labs, and it was here the ghee quality was flagged. Why did NDDB came into the scene ?

Even as per TTD protocol, NDDB is not a testing center. FSSAI is the official food test labs and all the food safety and tests go through FSAAI, mari NDDB ekadi nundi vachindi ? enduku vachindi ?

Background about NDDB and its operations.

NDDB is a national research institute to promote dairy and allied activities. Although it's national, its major operations are in North and Western India, where the milk unions are heavily concentrated.

Repeat : Major Operations are in West and North India. With very few operations in South India.

NDDB is not a testing and certification agency, then why was the sample tested at NDDB ?

NDDB and its activity in Tirumala :

Tirupati Goshala and livestock improvement kosam NDDB was first contacted, around 2000's but due to COVID, delay ayindi and late 2023, NDDB has been advising TTD on improving the life of the bovines against diseases and overall quality of the livestock.

As a part of this program, NDDB Chairman Dr.Meenesh Shaw visited Tirumala in the first week of June. i.e June 3rd 2024. 

Remember the date : June 3rd 2024.

On June 3rd 2024, NDDB Chairman visited Tirumala and the same was posted on NDDB's insta channel.

One can see NDDB chairman and TTD EO Dharma Reddy in the picture and one can verify the date as well. 

"Dr Meenesh Shah, Chairman, NDDB & NDDB Dairy Services, along with Shri AV Dharma Reddy, Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), Shri S Regupathi, ED, NDDB, Dr. CP Devanand, MD NDDB Dairy Services (NDS), and Shri Thimappa Sura, MD, @shreeja_mmpcl , held a meeting in Tirupati. The discussions focused on the protection and promotion of indigenous cattle breeds, enhancing testing infrastructure, genetic purity testing, disease diagnosis, and leveraging advanced reproductive technologies like artificial insemination and embryo transfer to accelerate the genetic improvement of indigenous breeds. A key highlight was the proposed establishment of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for genetic improvement under the Union Government’s Rashtriya Gokul Mission.

TTD representatives presented the scope of the CoE, expressing their appreciation for the collaboration with NDDB. They emphasised the need for continuous monitoring and sought NDDB’s support in setting up testing infrastructure and conducting genetic purity tests for indigenous breeds such as Gir and Sahiwal. Dr Shah advised TTD officials to screen bovines for prevalent animal diseases and assured them of NDDB’s full support in establishing the CoE."

E shradda deshaniki upyoga padela politics velli vunte whole India ni marchesi vuntav nuvvu. Kani cheyyav. It's not as easy as sharing opinions here.

Now, the answer to ghee testing, NDDB and why only it was tested by NDDB where as FSSAI should have conducted the tests...

Here is the chronological order...

June 3rd 2024 : NDDB CHairman visits Tirumala, topic of dicsussion was not just about live stock but also the need to set up in house testign facilties.

Remember : Need for In House testing facilities.

June 12th  2024 : A R Dairy starts Ghee supply

June 12th 2024 : Tankers start arriving

June 12th-July 2nd : Six tankers accepted, 4 were rejected.

Between June 12th and 30th 2024, 6 ghee tankers were accepted and 4 tankers rejected.

Sample was allegedly collected from these 4 tankers, and was sent to NDDB with whom TTD was in principle taking advices from on maintaining livestock and the need to set up in house testing facility.

Got reminded of it, Shyamal Rao used this connection and requested NDDB Chairman to test the sample and did not get it tested at the FSSAI Labs, which should have been the case.

Key point : NDDB did not collect the sample, they only tested the sample they received from TTD but did not collect the sample themselves. 

There is no undertaking from the NDDB that this sample has been handled as per the standard test conditions.
