Not necessarily. Doctors have much more independence in Canada compared to both US and India. They can't put profit first because they're paid by the provincial government. In the US it's more about insurance billings, and it has increasingly become so in India.

Other healthcare techs, nurses all earn better in Canada than India. Trades earn better in Canada and has better safety standards. 

IT guys who work for desi firms can't earn as much. So they can't save as much as in India. If you work big banks and big American tech, you will probably make as much or more than working for Indian counter parts. 

The thing with India is it's cheap (relatively) because bodies are discardable and they are present in abundance. They absorb the impact, be it construction, infra, healthcare you name the field, that's the case.  But the best things about India are weather, except for Florida nothing in US & CAN has anything remotely closer to the Weather India has. Then comes the food produce. North American produce is nutrient deficient, is laced with carcinogens and is GMO.

I don't even live in u.s neither do I work in tech job .

I am talking by talking to my old  friends and looking at data.

You roughly earn double the amount you earn in banglore or a little more in toronto.

But taxes, cost of living everything is higher in Toronto and you save the same amount in both areas.

Not to mention if you do WFH from your own place india then it's not even close.

W2/T4 yes. Contracting with an own corp is a different beast. In Canada, you as a PR or as a citizen, you can work multiple jobs, do multiple contracts and you can work outside of Toronto area easily. People concentrate in the GTA area, not only because of Jobs but alao because of social isolation.

I am talking about job market as whole ,i don't care about your anecdotes.how does having an incorporation even count in job market 

By your logic ,richest telugu people are all living in tg and andhra,hence india is even better than u.s for earning money.

Even then what you wrote doesn't make sense,

Million plus dollars in canada(aside from top earning doctors) is senior director level/V.P of faang or top finance companies or c-suite, when you are a V.P ,you will probably be earning more from passive streams.

passive income from investments are location agnostic.

Same V.P who earns a million in canada will be making 3-4 crores in india.

If they have their own firm or some business at that point i don't see how working in Canada or india matters.
