Culture should be celebrated in a manner that does not bother others and our community need to learn mingle into the American culture .. they are absolutely right about these and even an Indian Punjabi American said the same exact thing in that council meeting and if anyone does fraud need to punished

Indian festival celebrations happen with HOA and police permission.. there are lot of Asian, African and Hispanic festivals that happen in the city.. they even rent out schools and parks to celebrate them.. some even happen in the downtown with city involvement.. Chinese new year is a big festival all over US.. ma kids schools lo world culture day ki Chinese chala big scale lo chesthaaru.. they have a lot of cultural groups..

Nuvvu enta support cheksunna, accept the reality that most desis living there messed it up for everyone with their crass behavior and cheap uneducated antics on roads and in public spaces. If not for these, no one would care just like the Muslims and others you mentioned. It’s the downside of living in an ultra conservative redneck suburb like Frisco

If you really think you don’t engage in any of these, at least help others by educating them and also by telling them not to create another India here

Without hoa approval or police approval, public lo celebrations cheyyakudadu.. school permission lekunda school lo cheyyakudadu.. follow the rules.. if someone doesn’t, they should be punished..
