Applied but attorney screwed up (forgot signature). H1 Extn approved and H4 also approved later within 2 weeks. H4 EAD applied again requesting bundle. Anybody had similar experience? Thanks in advance vayyas.....

was H4 EAD applied earlier bundled with H1 rejected? If so, you're screwed and they will most likely not honor it and you're looking at 8-10 months processing time

Yes bhayya. Already jobless since last 6 months and now this hand to mouth situation with a small kid 😞
