Know what kind of person you are....morning person or night owl

And then embrace it.

If you are night owl who likes to sleep late and and need to sleep till 8 or 9 AM in the morning , it is fine.

Rearrange work around that. 

Don't get up at 6:30 to commute to work. Change job...get a remote one if you can.
