Then started watching forensic files at bed time, 20 mins episode and fell asleep with in 10 mins for a whole night…i think the show ran for 14 seasons and watched all of those episodes but used to fall asleep with in 10 mins. If you are night owl who likes to sleep late and and need to sleep till 8 or 9 AM in the morning , it is fine. Rearrange work around that. Don't get up at 6:30 to commute to work. Change job...get a remote one if you can. Quote
