Don't use CPAP. You only need it if you have nasal obstruction. Don't get dependent on it.

You will need a blood test to check serum levels. But what's your caffeine intake like ? Higher the caffeine more amount of Mg, gets flushed by Kidneys. To compensate you need more magnesium. In general, peanuts, pumpkin seeds are good sources. Tappadhu anukunta Mg. glycinate vaodcchu. 

But best way is to have sex in the night if you have a partner and go to bed afterwards. Appudu, body lo natural ga endorphins release avuthayi. It will put your body to sleep. Morning Chinna basha malli nidra leputhadu.

Doctor checked. She said you might have little bit of deviated septum. But did not stress much on it.
