Indian passport renewal

recent ga went through it. took almost 8 days to just acknowledge by vfs. 

digital photo needs to be uploaded along with signature. just take photo using phone. passport size photos are also needed for a form. i just took my digital photo and sent it for print.

tatkal fast gane untundi. police verification is done in parallel. so passport print is not delayed.

double check all docs or else there will be delays

Good luck ba...self-attestation ledani, photo konchem pakkaki antincharani, signature box baitiki poyindani...ila silly reasons tho application return chestharu VFS. Better to take an in-person appointment if possible. Recently some friends applied and 1 had to send it 3 times and got accepted the 4th time. Luckily I'm done renouncing and got oci...inko 15 years aa lafoot gadiki naaku sambandham ledu.

no passport pics on form, if you upload digital, also make sure you sign form first page below the passport Pic empty box

Government website lo submit chesina application print thiyaliga, aa print out meedha physical photo paste cheyali, 2nd photo just aa documents tho patu pettu, they will return along with your passports.

follow current procedure anna as mentioned by others…nenu chesinappatiki ippudu slight changes unnatlunnai, like tatkal for everyone (maybe during covid time, they used that option only for emergencies), vfs vadidhe fedex 2-way shipping option thisko, that’s better.

 they need photos for change of appearance form. they will askk to attach a 2x2 photo.

Sent my passport renewal application yesterday. Application reached the Passport office today.
