February 12Feb 12 The same stocks with same results are down 20-30% in a day coz they are over valued. Valuation catches up and at some point get too attractive in bear markets. On surface it does not look like a bear market (indexes down only 1-5% from top). But most stocks are down esp SaaS, tech and AI.

Markets have been sideways for a long time. What happens is that stocks keep falling and become attractive. Retail gets sucked in, looking at valuation. Saas stocks have fallen below the 200 EMA on weekly charts. RSI is down to record levels, and stocks are not picking up. There is no capitulation yet. Now, market makers don't need a lot of liquidity to push the markets down. Coz there won't be buying support at critical levels due to lack of liquidity. IT will be a quick drop and bounce from there. Capitulation moment. Look at the Fed pumping money to the tune of $50 billion every month. Keep your eyes closed for a month or two and keep cash. Buy good opportunities.
