hi everyone,

My perm is denied dont reason I am on H1B 7th year extention with current employer.

looks like they changed all perm limits not sure whats the criteria

how does moving to old employer helps when you don't have i140 approved??
Or do you have i140 approved from old employer??

i dont have i140, but approved perm is there with old employer,

Why did you move to a new employer without getting 140 approved? 😮

You have to hire a good experienced attorney.. don’t look for money..

got laidoff from the old employer so  moved to new employer, that perm got certified

Not sure if u know u have to file 140 with in 6 months of perm approval are you still in that period? If so best option is go to old employer file 140 if that job position is still available

Edo 6 months expiry edo untadi anukunta bro if it is within 180 days you can file 140 if your employer supports tvoraga meet lawyer and take action good luck and prayers

Is it consultant type desi employer ? If yes batladu beg and convince him i will work for you long term help me you dont have much options left  only he can save you if it is within 180 days else ro say not many options bro AFAIK consult good attorney if any
